What grade of concrete is best for a driveway?
C25 is a common, suitable grade for domestic driveways and car hardstanding; C30 is used for heavier or more exposed driveways. We’ll advise the right grade for your traffic and finish.
Concrete or permeable (no-fines) driveway – what’s the difference?
A standard concrete driveway is a solid poured surface; a no-fines driveway is open-graded and drains straight through, which helps meet SuDS and planning requirements. We supply both.
Do you lay the driveway?
We supply and barrow the concrete to the pour. The laying and finishing is usually done by your groundworker or contractor – we make sure they have fresh concrete in the right grade and quantity.
