A big one: 95m³ of concrete for a new build near Bowdon. The site was set out with steel frames, membrane, edge shuttering and steel mesh across the whole slab.
We set the concrete pump up at the edge of the site and our wagons fed it with concrete mixed fresh on site. The crew ran the line across the mesh between the steel frames.
The job was done by 2:00 and floated off, so the new build was left with a finished slab the same afternoon.

Yes. On this new build near Bowdon we supplied and pumped 95m³ and had it finished by 2:00. We send enough wagons to keep the pump fed, mixing fresh on site as the pour goes on.
A pump puts the concrete exactly where the crew needs it across the whole slab, without wagons driving over the mesh or membrane. On a large pour it also keeps the concrete coming at a steady rate.
