A nice job for a Saturday morning: 65m³ of concrete for a new floor at the Tesco Express in Cadishead, and every bit of it was pumped.
We started at 8:00 and had all 65m³ in by 11:30. Our wagons mixed the concrete fresh on site and fed it straight into the pump. The crew ran the line across the steel mesh inside the building and placed the floor as it came.
Pumping a shop floor means no barrowing and no wagons trying to reverse inside the unit. The concrete lands where it’s needed, quickly, and the job is finished by lunchtime.

Yes. We set the pump up outside and run the line in through the opening, so the concrete is placed across the floor without wagons or barrows inside, as on this Tesco Express floor in Cadishead.
It depends on the site, the pump and how fast the crew can place and finish it. Here we pumped 65m³ between 8:00 and 11:30 on a Saturday morning. Tell us the volume and we’ll plan the wagons around it.
